25/12/05 聖誕支持反世貿示威者行動--邀請各位繼續參與

日期:12月25日聖誕節

晚上: 7:00pm銅鑼灣行人專用區

歡迎大家參與

雖然主流媒體已將世貿及其害人拋諸腦後
但有一班香港市民仍關注
其實仍有十四個韓國,日本,台灣和中國人
被檢控"非法集會"
並將於12月30日再提堂

我們認為是次的檢控完全不合理

因為

世貿本身是極大的不公義,殘害著很多弱小的生命,
而被殘害的人想進入會場表達意見,
竟然受阻,竟然有禁區,此禁區已經是不公義的幫兇,
而在12月17日所謂"暴動"當日,其實是警方忽然在預定遊行路線上截停示威者,
不准在遊行路線上繼續前進,才引致有被世貿殘害者感到必須經由別的路線去表達訴求,
而警方在過程中,不單沒有遵從自己最初時所承諾的"盡量協助",
更馬上祭出防暴裝備,此舉無疑是侮辱了這些被世貿所殘害的人的尊嚴,

因此,警方應為自己先撩者的角色負責任

我們認為當日發生的事件之源由,
全因警方只覺得要保護世貿,
卻不覺得要保護被世貿殘害的人,
因此,就該次事件檢控任何人皆屬不合理.


故此,我們希望在聖誕節這個強調愛和關懷的節日,提醒大家關注被不公義地檢控的人.

但卻要被拘捕者等待十幾小時
天寒地凍坐在街上露宿
不許去廁所
不許吃東西

為何要行這種私刑?

After the so called "riot",
the police announce the mass arrest of over 900 people in the middle of the night.
The process of arrest takes over 11 hours, during which time people are denied access to food, water, and toilets. What have they done to deserve this treatment?

絕食宣言 Declaration of Hunger Strike

我們一些幫忙拍攝的朋友，經過多天來與農民的相處、交流，很有一點忍不下去。昨晚深夜，我們詳談了一些時間，決定讓部份人留下進行必要的報導，而其他人則進行絕食抗議。是次絕食行動，不單單是聲援各國漁農民朋友，更希望正面回應在香港舉行的世界貿易組織會議。以下是他們的絕食宣言︰


Some of us, after staying with our fisherman and farmer friends for days, decided to start this hunger strike today. This action is not only our advocation to our friends from all over the world, but also our statement to the WTO MC6. This is our declaration for the strike:

估計與外國農民組織與他們分享辦公室有關
可惜我們來不及在警察到場前到
但也拍下訪問

Why is it that the Indonesian Migrant Centre has existed for so long without any need for police investigation, and yet in the days before the MC6, it is subject to two random and unwarranted police searches?
Unfortunately we were unable to assist in documenting this police invasion of privacy, but have some interviews with the migrant workers.
